Cash, check, or credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) payment with positive ID day of sale, 13% buyer’s premium (3% discount off buyer’s premium for cash and check payments) in effect for this auction. This is a reserve auction. All information pertaining to items in this catalog have been provided by the owners of such items and we have endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold accordingly but all property offered herein for sale will be sold "as is" and is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, size, variety, importance, provenance, quality, authenticity. No statement in this catalog, bill of sale, invoice or elsewhere by any representative or employee of James F. Hahn, Inc. shall be deemed to be a warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age or description.
Buyer must pay Ohio sales tax unless exemption is allowed regarding such tax.
The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the successful bidder. In the event of any dispute over bidding, the auctioneer shall at his own discretion decide to reopen the bidding or not. Title to merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer’s hammer and the purchaser shall assume responsibility and full risk for the merchandise once title has passed.
We have endeavored to screen artifacts for authenticity, but you are the final judge. Please examine lots to your satisfaction before you purchase.
Attention Absentee Buyers: Please make arrangements to vet lots BEFORE you purchase -- either in person, by phone or through a designated representative. Decisions regarding returns are made solely by Jim Hahn Auctions, Inc., and are NOT subject to the opinions of authenticators and other hobbyists. We reserve the right to withhold merchandise until payment is received. Please remember this is an auction. ALL SALES FINAL!

Dealers setting up and selling on premises will be charged a fee of $25.00.
